Logan has been piercing since 2014. She moved to the UK in 2018 from South Africa and has continued to learn a lot from different people in the industry. Logan’s favourite piercings are nostrils as she thinks nostril piercings suit everyone and everyone should get them!

Age Requirements & Valid ID Rules

A valid (in date), physical, government-issued photo ID (passport, UK driver's licence, or CitizenCard) is mandatory for every client. Digital photos on smartphones or photocopies cannot be accepted.

  • Age 18+: Required for all body piercings, oral piercings, microdermals, and nipples.

  • Age 16+: Required for cartilage, nostril, septum, and navel piercings.

  • Ages 12–15 (Lobes & select cartilage): The minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Both must show physical photo ID. If surnames differ, an original birth certificate must be presented that shows both parent and child’s name.

Piercing FAQs

  • Yes, walk-ins are welcomed Tuesday to Saturday between 11:00 AM and 5:30 PM for all body piercings, jewellery downsizes and consultations. Pre-booking online is recommended if you have a tight schedule.

  • Please bring physical in date ID (passport or drivers licence). It is recommended to eat before and bring a snack or drink too.

  • No. For your safety and insurance reasons we only pierce using our autoclave-sterilized implant-grade titanium or solid 14K gold jewellery. We also cannot fit your own jewellery unless it has been bought from us.

  • Spray front and back twice daily with NeilMed sterile saline solution. Gently pat dry with a clean paper towel. Do not rotate, twist, or pick crusties with your fingers, and avoid sleeping on fresh ear piercings. See your aftercare sheet/email for more in depth instructions.

  • Different piercings have different age restrictions. Dermal, surface, tongue, smiley, lip and nipple piercings are strictly 18+.

    All other piercings are from 16+ years old. Some piercings can be done from 12 or 14 years up with parental consent and are highlighted on our price list.

  • Yes, you can reschedule your appointment. The earlier you can let us know the better! If it is a last minute change we still appreciate if you call.

  • Most ear piercings are from 16+ years, with an exception for lobes (12+ years) and helix (16+ years). Most facial and body piercings are either 16+ or 18+ years. Please see above price list for age restrictions and what documentation to bring.

  • We don’t allow children in the studio for health and safety reasons/insurance. We can not have any children unattended whilst you get pierced/jewellery changed so it is best to come on your own or with a family member/friend who can watch them or take them out.

  • For your safety there are some restrictions when it comes to piercings. We cannot pierce you if you are intoxicated (drugs or alcohol), if you are pregnant or breast feeding, if you have applied numbing cream, if you are on antibiotics/immunosuppressants. We advise against getting a piercing before a holiday where you will be swimming/a long haul flight. Some piercings are also anatomy dependant so our piercer will check before doing the piercing to ensure it is safe to do.

  • Downsizes can help the healing process of piercings, specifically cartilage and oral piercings. Not every piercing will need a downsize but we recommend coming in for a check up in the time suggested by our piercer to see if we would recommend shortening the bar. A downsize is £10 for the shorter bar and there is no fitting fee if it was pierced with us.
